Many of our projects subcontract with small businesses and work with their customers to set small business goals to achieve. We believe that promoting small business growth is good for the economy and the communities where we work and live and we are proud of our record of consistently meeting or exceeding these goals.

Our Procurement and Subcontracts organization works to maximize the use of small businesses in a way that enhances our ability to meet the needs of our customers. Our leaders and managers are committed to supplier diversity by staying alert to opportunities that may benefit these small businesses, informing our Procurement and Subcontracts organization of those opportunities and working with our supplier diversity advocates to communicate those opportunities.
